Stress Management Workshop
Thursday Feb 1 @ 7pm
We have all experienced some type of physical discomfort or illness because of being overly stressed, anxious, or even nervous. Think for a moment...
Have you been fighting a cold, the flu, or another illness?
Is the changing weather making you sad?
Are you experiencing more stress in your day-to-day life than usual?
Have you or someone you care about recently gone through a traumatic event?
These along with many other scenarios, can result in your mind, body, spirit, and EMOTIONS being out of balance!
We have designed a couple of workshops on how to help manage stress and balance emotions using essential oils and other self-care tools.
Workshop 1 Essential oils and Stress Management: Thursday February 1st 7pm
In this one-hour workshop you will learn how to use essential oils to manage and reduce daily stress. You will learn how to use essential oils safely, how to blend oils properly, and which oils are good for stress. We will also demonstrate breathing techniques and give you some helpful stress management tools and recipes. Everyone will get to blend their own essential oil roll-on for home self-care! A $5.65 cash fee will be charged for your home-care product.
